Facebook App that writes on user newsfeed and have form

We need a Facebook App (that woks as a tab in our Facebook page) that works like this: 1) The user have to Like the page to use it (show an image that says that user has to like the page to use it) 2) When the user likes the page it has to ask for permissions for: Share this info with us: name, email, contact_email, location, birthday_date publish_action 3) The app sends this info to us in and e-mail and add it to our Mysql DB 4) The app publish on the users newsfeed a photo and a text (2 different posts) (Whe will provide you with what photo and what text it has to publish) 5) A form to share with friends by e-mail This form has to have this fields: Your Name (this has to be auto completed using the info from Facebook, the user can edit it if he wants) Your company name (optional) Your E-mail (this has to be auto completed using the info from Facebook, the user can edit it if he wants) Your Phone (optional) Text to send (we will provide this text, buy the system will have to autocomplete using the info from the field “Your name” to put it in the signature, so it says Regards, and the name) Friend emails separated with , with ability to import contacts from Gmail. Yahoo, Windowslive, etc (we will provide the code of [login to view URL] for doing this importing thing very easy!) 6) When the user press SEND in the form it has to add all the info of the fields to another mysql db (we will provide access to the db) and send it to us vía e-mail Important: Put me the code hello212 in a pm so i know you read this 7) It has to send the e-mails to all the friends e-mails (separeted e-mails, I mean send one by one not one e-mail with CCO or CC) users using the users name and e-mails for the header (so it says in the From of the header the users name and e-mail), a subject that we will give you (the same for all) and the text the user puts in Text to send 8) After the user send it in the next page it will have to appear a Requests Dialog [login to view URL] / (with a Multi Friend Selector Dialog for Requests) so the user can invite this Facebook friend to use the APP 9) After this has to show a Thank you! page
