Hello, We are looking for a reliable long term partnership to develop a marketplace for local services. In this platform service providers profile along with work details, photos, videos would be listed and end users would be able to create work/project and get quotation from service providers. (Draw analogue to freelancer.com for non IT services). This site would be closely integrated with social sites. The project will evolve in several phases over a period of at least 1 year. As of now we need quote for the 1st phase as listed in the attached excel sheet. We want to the beta version ready by 01 March 2013. A detailed description is provided in attached excel sheet. Further details along with necessary screenshots shall be provided after deal finalization. As part of quotation, Please provide the below - 1. High level approach, framework to be used 2. Technologies to be used 3. Citation of similar work done 4. Expected timeline ** Provide quotation for Phase 1 only as stated in the excel sheet
