SCOPE OF PROJECT: ====================== 1. The application will be developed as iMessenger on iPhone, Android Mobile platform. 2. There will be 2 Panels - a) Administrator b) User Panel 3. The Administrator will be able to manage and control the user profile and other features. 4. The application UI graphics will be same as iMessenger with eye catching appearances and compatible with iOS7. 5. The users will be able to login with their login credentials as well as social networking credentials or Mobile verification. 6. The User will be able to texts chat and don’t need file sharing features. The messaging section will web view. 7. The User will be able to change the application’s chat wallpaper. 8. The user will be able to choose an application’s profile picture. 9. The user will be able to change application’s status. 10. The user will be able to group chat over Wi-Fi, 3G or LTE to other iOS or OS X users. 11 The user will be able to broadcast application’s message to many contacts. (we assume) 12. The payment gateway will be integrated in the application. (if required) 13. The application will be used an open standard Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP). 14.
