Project Description

This project is to build a content management system which will permit users to edit content, without learning HTML. This system will be template based and should use a rich text control to allow for Microsoft Word-like editing of content areas. There are a number of adminstrative and document control features as outlined in the attached docs. Please be sure you have read and understood what is needed in each instance. You would be working on this project as a subcontractor -- we are building a large site for a client, part of which is this project, which we simply do not have the personnel for. They would like to proceed on a fairly aggressive timeframe [surprise, surprise :-)] so preference will be given to those who can commit the resources to build this fairly quickly and who have previous rent-a-coder ratings. Please read the specification for this carefully and then feel free to ask any questions that occur to you and we'll do our best to answer them. Thank you in advance for your interest in this project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete, well-commented and document source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

The Client content management system needs to be written in HTML, XML, JavaScript, and Active Server Pages (ASP). The system needs to use a MS SQL 2000 database; the Client web site will run on Windows 2000 server.
