web design - data base page upload

I need a good quality well designed website with the following featuers: 1: Index page design 2: template page design 3: Upload of 1500 pages, data taken from excel sheet provided. from this data you will need to create each page. it is a basic company listing and page name will be comapny name :example: [login to view URL] 4: you will make each page have title of company name the same as /url of page 5: title of page will be in h2 text 6: rating system/feedback system for each page! please send me you bid description and feel free to ask questions I need this completing asap, and will only consider serious bidders. I will also want the facility to add enhance listing so the company can have a contact form that will send a email directly to them. This again will be controlled by an admin panel.
