1) page to accept new submissions for entries from an application
a) submissions will be one at a time after submission is added page will simply display "added", "updated", or "done" depending whether which it does (if nothing was updated then done is displayed.
c) before adding the db should be queried to determine if the item is already in the db.
d) page named: [url removed, login to view]

2) page to accept new registration of application and keep track of last update.
a) if registration code is already in db will increment by 1, if the increment is over 4 simple display "duplicate entry" and change the related table entry to "duplicate".
b) if registration code is not used, then simply displays thank you
c) page name: [url removed, login to view]


the database has not been created yet, but I want it named: startcommander
this db will have many different tables, but this is what I want for this section of the project.
