Project Description

Currently prefer this to be Web Based but are open to other options.
*** This is just for the first phase of the project. We want to start off slow and make sure we have a good relationship with a good developer before we move forward. We have added some details about the rest of the project so that it is clear where we want to go in the next steps.

We need some type of database to track our leads and our sales people. We need to know who has which files and how long they have had them. We need to know if the contract got signed or denied. we also want to know the time line of when the lead called in when we set first appointment and when we returned and when we recieved an answer.
We want to be able to pull a list based on geography, type of work, sales person, lead source.
We want a grading system implemented to show our sales staffs productivity based on turn around closing ratio, margin, error, customer satisfaction

We want a programmer that we can work with long term as we continue to add to and develop this original project.---
We want to have an icon in the task traythat we can pull up to create new records with out actually needing to be connected to internet- once we submit, it will upload to the web based database.-----
We also need a user friendly Dash board and atleast 3 layers of administrator screens

We are looking for a solution that will help individual sales people be more organized and on top of their work, but also a program that will allow us to look at any 1 sales persons track record, current position with leads and work, as well as a dashboard that shows us a quick snapshot of our sales department in general with **pop-up/reminders for any task on any file that has been unfinished for too long.

TRACKING----Program needs to be able to drill down on individual sales people and closing percentages, as well as type of leads and closing percentages.
TIMERS----We need to be able to set time limits or timers on different tasks that will show up on the task owners main screen when not completed by that time as well as the admin screens. We would like to have the ability to make default timers for set tasks everytime they are opened, and default tasks that open when others are completed, and also have the ability to change time limits at the admin level individually and change the defaults at any givin time.
DIARY--We want to assign files/records to sales people and have a phone record with in each file that anyone can add to when ever communication is made on the file.
FILE-- We need sales people to be able to upload/add there estimates, pictures, invoices, budgets for each customer into that customers folder permanently.

Long term we want to be able to make certain aspects of each file live on the internet for customers to be able to log in to and see, yet keep some things unavailable from their view.
Project management--We hope in the future add the project managers ability to log in and order materials and hire labor based off the information in each file, and watch job budgets
Eventually would like to do all billing and payroll through this software and be able to generate invoices and set up re-occurring invoices that automatically print hard copy, show on customers login page of the site, and also send out by email.
We would like to eventually explore the possibility of adding email and text marketing programs thru the same program also.
Finally... We will want to use several copies of the same software for our construction comp, lawn company, claims company, and maybe even sub-companies, but There may be a time in the future where we want to license copies of the software out to partners/franchises, or even to other companies for a monthly fee.
