Project Description

Project Description:
Tournament Games is a place to play different games for money. Games include scrabble, chess, etc.

Basically, the site allows people to play a scrabble-like game with points that could be redeemed for money or stuff.

To play Tournament Games (TG), players will:
1. Register an account.
2. Install our interface and then use that to connect to our server.

Players will purchase play-credit for games. When they lose a game, they lose the credit used for the game. When they win a game, they earn credits from the game. The house gets a percentage of every game played and this is managed through the Admin section of the site.

Players can
A. Create a tournament
B. Join an existing tournament
C. Exit or Leave a tournament

Each tournament has a prize for winner.
Winner can cash winning.
• Each tournament has an entry amount in dollars (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, etc.)
• Every player deposits amount into pot to play
• Winner takes Jackpot less 15% for the house (percentage can be changed by house).

But for this project, the SCRABBLE-like GAME component of Tournament Games is to be developed. The design document is available to coders on request. The document has more ideas on how the game could be built, but ultimately, I would like the designer to come up with his/her ideas on how to build the game.

Most importantly, Coder should also let me know the technology and platform they wish to adopt for the development. Language or platform doesn't matter, it should be a simple multi-player scrabble game.

Coder is advised to borrow ideas from other online multi-player sites like:
