Project Description

I need to create a new functionality to search certain type of users based on the users' assigned categories on my website.
I have an existing pintastic script. This is the demo page of the website: [url removed, login to view]

I want to add a brand new page that is essentially the business directory within my site. Each "professional" user represents a business.

In this project, you will have to learn how the existing code works, and create a similar functionality.
There is currently a function that will display a list of users on the script. This "searching professional users" functionality is very similar to that, except the UI will be different.
I have attached a documentation to show what the UI will look like. You are not implementing everything on this project. Some of the features are reserved for the future projects.
I personally feel more comfortable breaking the entire functionality into small projects.

I will split the project to 3 parts:
1. A fix on the current layout; a CSS fix on the current code that will also help you familiarize the part you will be working on.
2. The new UI part that is turning the mockup to code
3. The new business logic part that pull all the data.
I will split the payment into 4 milestones to reflect the phases of the project, CSS fix, UI implementation, business logic implementation, and the complete phase.

The skill sets will involve php, zend framework, mysql, css, and jquery. Please don't bid if you don't know php and MVC pattern.
