Project Description

I just had an idea for a one of a kind website. So basically I need someone who can write the framework to this description and create it with twitters bootstrap css sheet.

So the idea is that each person guesses a colour of a pixel (a specific # code). The person who guesses the colour pixel that has the most in the picture wins a prize.

So let's say a person picks a specific blue colour and it has (14,000 pixels of that colour). But another person picks a red which occurs (140,000 times) the person who picks the red wins. So whoever picks the colour pixel that occurs the most wins a prize and the image is shown after a certain amount of time (lets say 10 minutes) so they can see the image.

It would cost money to enter. So you could by pixel credits for a number of guesses.

The website would be themed as pixelated so I will create a pixel logo and all the icons and graphics will be created by me. So it's basically just the front end and backend framework.

I would love to find someone who understands this project with experience in creating niche websites like this.

It should be simple to make. Just a profile system, payment gateway and credits system, front end (slideshow, top users, etc etc), social networking buttons, image categories (so could be different things like, environment, nature, urban, adult, etc) The person would also get the photo royalty free as a bonus so this site could act as a royalty site as well.

For now the budget is low but if you do a great job I will reward you. I promise.
