Project Description

This is a project for our Magento Commerce website.
A demo store is installed at [url removed, login to view]

We need a script made or Magento Data Flow customised for us to import CSV files into Magento.

Once the initial import is completed we would want a cron job or similar to auto matically import some CSV only to update prices.

The CSVs are all from different suppliers so have different layouts. The product model should be used as the SKU I guess. The prices are costs without GST (New Zealand TAX).

Attached zip file of CSVs and another suppliers CSV is located at [url removed, login to view]

The Ingram Micro file is split into many parts and needs to be joined using vlookups and if functions, i tried and got every thing except the third category. Also attached is the explanation of how the Ingram Micro files are laid out- these the are categories on the main file, 13441JASK:
Product Code, Manufacturer Code, Long Description, Your Buy Price, Stock on Hand Figure, Next Available, Brand Number, Category 1 Number, Category 2 Number, Vendor Category Number

I get only 2 or 3 CSVs by FTP, the rest are by email. Ingram Micro is the main CSV and we need to follow the columns from it. Every supplier names the product category differently eg, one says CPU, the other says Processor. The ingram micro file will provide 4 levels of categories and the other csv products need to be put under the ingram micro categories. This can be done manually or a script which could the the following:
If category 1 = processor in other csvs then rename to CPU (or what ever it says in the Ingrammicro csv.

Once the product import system is complete we also need other modifications which will be negotiated, eg, since prices in csv are costs we need a mod which puts a certain %age markup on it to make a retail price.
