Project Description

I am in need of someone who can create a clone of webhostingtalk.com. It must have 3 main parts: • Advertisement Banner Mainly top and bottom adbanner (see [url removed, login to view]). Need to be easy to change adbanner or easy to manage. • Useful Resource Link Easy to insert as much links as I like. • Forum script Should be able to intergrate any type of Forum script (vBulletin, phpBB, XMB etc) into the page. Besides, it needs to fulfill the requirement below: • Search engine friendly. For example: do not use frames. • Use CSS or template. • A brief help file on how to change adbanner, insert useful resource links and integrate a forum to the page. I am an intermediate level amateur web creator. I use Dreamweaver MX to design most of my website. The code must be well commented. The key is: Copy as much as you can from [url removed, login to view] AND make it flexible and easy to modify. A bonus reward will be given depends on how many feature you can copy from that site. The most important of all, I need it to be easy to modify into any discussion forum website for any discussion topic. This is only the first phrase of the project; whoever wins the bid will continue all modification needed in future. Only place your bid if you can finish in a short period.
