Project Description

Looking to build a site for a new business which will allow customers to shop for groceries online and then pick them up in the store of their choice at a convenient time.

Our business model involves signing up partner grocery stores, and once these stores on onboarded customers will then be able to shop at those stores online.

This project is to create a website which will act as a gateway for the two sets of stakeholders: 1) customers (i.e. individual shoppers); and 2) business partners.

The business partner section of the site will act as a marketing tool for this set of stakeholders. It will need to include information about the benefit to the store, the types of service options available to the store, and a video explaining the process. Note that the video will be out of scope for this project, but a placeholder into which it can be embedded is in scope.

The customer section of the site will act as an educational tool (i.e. how to shop, what the advantage is), and obviously enable the customers to choose their store and shop. Note that the shopping interface is out of scope, but creating a link to it is in scope.

Colours and themes should reflect the target customer base (28-55 yr old, professionals, time crunched, urban and suburban), industry (food), and the concept (novel, personalized). Modernity, sleekness, minimalist and ease of user interface are key.

More detail can be provided if needed.
