Hi

Looking for someone to design online appointment booking system which will integrate with our clinical software.

Core requirements are as follows

1) List available appointments on website and phone app in real time
2) Ability to exclude users who do not want their appointments listed online
3) Ability to block appointments for certain times of the day.
4) Appointments booked online should get update automatically in clinical software
5) Software should list different types of appointments with explanation notes. Users should be able to choose type of appointment from a drop down menu.
6)Should integrate with clinical software in real time and should not allow double booking of appointment
7) Ability to identify existing patients in database and linking it to correct patients when appointment is booked. Should use First name, last name and DOB for identification
8) Ability to request online scripts and referrals to specialists
9) Paypal and credit card payment options
10) Should be able to send custom email reminders to existing patients in database
11) Should integrate on our existing website.
12) Also include mobile phone app with above mentioned features
13) App should integrate with mobile calender to drop automatic reminder after appointments is booked
14) fully secured
