Snowexplore.com needs social media capability (share and like on Facebook)

I have a user generated video website ([login to view URL]). I need to the site to be fixed so I can better promote the site on social media (Facebook). 1. I want the page URL for each resort to show as [login to view URL]'Resort Name' So that when users shares the website the URL is applied using best practice 2. As a visitor to the [login to view URL] site I want to be able to share a resort page using the facebook share button. A resort example is Taos Ski Resort. Also should be (Mobile compatible). I want the share button to appear in between the upload video and resort statistics feature. Caption for button: Share 'Resort Name' eg - Share Taos Ski Resort 3. As a visitor to the [login to view URL] site I want to be able to share a video using the facebook share button. (each resort has a number of videos and new videos are added daily). The share button should be added above the comment section listed for each video (Mobile compatible). Caption for button: Share: 'Video' 4. I want a facebook share feature to be designed using a social snippet (using thumbnail of each resort logo, page title (Resort Name), description (Resort description written on page). For resorts shared, I want the resort logo used, for the videos shared I want the video image shared. 5. As a user on social media, when i click on the social media snippet (shared) on facebook I want the site to load normally and be able to view the site functioning fine. Currently when clicking a tag, the site loads with the rollover feature not working and the stats appearing at the bottom (Which is not correct). 6. The Facebook login feature is not functioning correct. It does not work nor is the facebook like feature on the homepage visible anymore (this was developed and hasn't worked since implementation.
