Project Description

Hello all,

This project is only for freelances who have experience with creating responsive wordpress themes with Twitter Bootstrap framework and who are experts in HTML, CSS, Wordpress and PHP.

My client's website is using a none responsive wordpress theme. I want to convert this theme into responsive theme, using Twitter Bootstrap 3.
This project must be carried out using Twitter Bootstrap 3 framework. Not any other solution.
Website and admin must maintain same functionality after theme conversion. Site should look the same as now on desktops after the new theme is applied.
All pages must be responsive and be visible and clear on Desktops, tablets and smart phones.
Website is RTL.
Website includes a drop down menu.
Theme need to use HTML5
Theme need to use clean and valid HTML and CSS
Theme need to be compatible with latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Opra, IE 8 and up.
There are 5 page types:
Home page
Information page
Category page
Product page (not selling online. Just catalogue)
Gallery (general page with Next Gen)
Contact page (general page with contact form 7)
Screenshots attached.
Perliminary development can be done on your server but no copy of the website content is allowed. I will give you access to a development hosting account (C panel, FTP etc..) but you can't create a local copy of the website and contents on your server. You also can't copy the database.

Payment:
First milestone of 33% when I award you the project.

When theme is ready I release first milestone. When I start testing it on my dev server – I create second milestone 33% and release it.
Then I look for bugs and ask you to fix. 33% last milestone is made.
After fixing bugs – I release last milestone.

Thank you for your bids and good luck!
Talzam
