Project Description

I need a windows desktop tool which will search Yahoo, Google and MSN to find the trackback URL on each page of the sites it finds. It should be an intelligent program which can find the trackback URL on any page it comes accross which supports trackbacks. I would hope not to have to limit this to a library of certain of terms.

I would strongly prefer a programmer who's already done a program like this as you'll know exactly what I'm looking for. It would be even better if this software can 'know' what the trackback URL is on a page which does not even have it displayed.
