Please read the entire post before bidding:

We need a reliable group/personnel or company of programmers who will take charge from the beginning to the end to create 2 small, handy software that can be used on windows operation system.
These software must supports window xp, vista, 7 to latest windows operating system. There should not need additional supporting software or requirements like .net framework or so on... to run these software on windows.

The 2 software we need are video downloader plus converter from multiple sites and multiple compressed file extractor.

I will give you requirements/description pertaining to these software to selected bidders in PM, then communicate and award it to one.

Please note that 50% of total project bid amount will be set milestone at the beginning of the project. This milestone will be release upon delivery of two completed applications. I will test the applications again on various windows OS. You may need to repair or modify the apps if any problem aries during the tests. Once the tests passed, You'll deliver the source code and all associated files. I'll send the rest 50% to you directly. You need to create all necessary graphics for these apps. No copycatted material will be accepted.

You'll need to work on the same software from time to time to update them. I'll create new projects for those updates. Please do not bid if you think that you can not work on the next updates.
