Looking for someone with experience with web scraping and outputting the data to an excel file. The program should be written in Java or PHP with a simple icon to click to start the program.

- The program must be able to run from an icon and not from source code only.
- Payment is released AFTER code has been verified to work and is properly commented. Code without comments will not be considered completed.
- The website is password protected. The program must present a prompt to enter the password and remember the password. If the password does not work the program should present another prompt to change the password.
- The website has multiple pages that need to be scraped.
- The web scraper will must be able to be ran based on user-defined intervals, i.e. every 30 minutes.
- The program must be able to run on a mac and a pc
- Just to be clear, this is for a program to do web scraping.
