I am basically looking for the below, but even more simply, I am looking for someone to build me something like Insightly but with more functionality (better task management and lead/sales management) and a better look. In terms of lead/sales management I am looking at something like pipedrive and for task management something as functional as HiTask, but all in one.

What I am looking for:
- CRM functionality (client information, notes, customer tickets and service tracking)
- The organization functionality that Insightly has is crucial
- project management (looking for functionality similar to HiTask with the ability to assign tasks between a team as well as generate a task list for the day)
- Email integrated ticket system for support and service communication
- Built-in calendar to set recurring reminders, assign work, automate activity sets for projects, show project workflow, etc
- Ability to add custom fields and filters on the fly (ie. Ability to add additional customer info fields if required through the settings)
- Email notifications on task assignment, follow up reminders, etc (should be able to be set in the settings)
- Efficient search systems for contacts, projects, proposals, sales, etc
- Full sales/lead management (status tracking, file management for proposals, lead values and reporting of the sales closures and other informaiton)
- Mobile friendly (Blackberry, Android & iPhone usable)
- Permission setting on a user level and group/team level
- Easy to use and customizable dashboard (should be able to be changed by user or admin to show user specific tasks, notifications or just a welcome message
- Built-in file sharing and storing functionality
- Export and import functionality for contacts, project information, sales/lead information, etc
- Full CRM reporting (ie. Number of support tickets by organization, number of follow up emails sent, project completed, projects past deadline, etc)
- This reporting should also be customizable in terms of what is shown
- CRM/Project/Lead notes and comments for other users to see

I do not know how much something like this would cost so I have set this as an hour based project, so please let me know approximately how many hours it would take to develop something like this and we can have a work agreement based on a certain number of hours which would then equal the project total (ie. if its 250 hours at $25/hour then the total agreed upon would be $6,250).
