What I'm looking for is a web app that can analyze a passage in english, understand the meaning and rewrite/restructure the passage. The rewritten passages has to meet the following conditions: 1) Fluent and accurate in the usage of the english language. 2) Human-like intepretation. 3) Allow changes in the edited passage - words clickable and other synonyms/similar phrases auto-suggested. You may have to make use of certain thesaurus APIs but better still if you have an entire database/ of it. I know there's many languages that can do this but i prefer it in PHP. I want a GUI too, doesn't have to be extra fanciful.
