Project Description

Google Map is on a DIV.
Another DIV is created to draw a bounding box on the map (used for purposes not related to this Request for Bid). Works fine if the page is not scrolled. However if the page is scrolled down, the box is STILL drawn in the unscrolled (starting) location above the mouse cursor, rather than at the mouse cursor, where it should be.

**Objective:
**Need to offset the drawing of the bounding box by the amount of the page scroll. I am sure this is a simple "do it like this" task, but I would rather ask for help than waste time puzzling it out.
Call me for the page address to see a demo of this "mini-problem".
