Liferay Theme compiled to War file

1) I need my exisiting liferay theme to be duplicated with a different name and so i can import to my existing liferay server as a war file. I will provide the liferay theme files. Explaination: I need this because for any enhancement on the theme i do, i dont want it to effect the pages assigned to the theme, therefore having the same theme duplicated allows me to do what ever enhancement testing without ruining the actual template incase something goes amiss. 2) You will need to provide me the steps of importing to my liferay server. Ballance of the full payment will only be released upon successful import. Our tech guy will do the import. 3) Optionally i need someone to show me how i can export my liferay pages with web content portlets from my staging to production server. However from 200pages i would only want to import 100 pages which are under a category page 1 and 2 for example. the rest 98 pages are child pages within category page 1 and 2.
