Repair-adjust e-mail form + Layout adjustment Joomla 2.5 Template.

-Brief Project:- Hi all, I have installed a Joomla template (Joomla 2.5 on JoomLart T3 framework), its working all fine, except a few things I would like to fine-tune. The website is the following: [login to view URL] and is an adjusted version of this template: [login to view URL] Therefore, I have outlined two tasks specifically: I. Making the e-mail form work. (see mock-screen 1 attached) - approximately 1.5hour ---------- The main objective here is to make sure the form input from all the boxes (yellow, green and blue icon) will be e-mailed directly to me in one e-mail (address is already in the code), when the visitor hits the button 'Offerte'. This is currently not the case. Then the changes per box (as outlined in the mock-up attached), to be sure: 1- Change to position of the drop-down box (move it a bit down) + make it wider. 2- Replace the text + move the text a little bit down 2-3mm 3- Replace the text 4- In some browsers the word 'Uw' moves slightly to the right of the third box. Can you check this and let me know how to fix it. II. Lay-out adjustments (approximately max ~25-40min each) - total ~4-5 hours ---------- 1- Add some space above the title, (see mock-screen 2) 2- When the website loads, I somehow see the following screen, before it flips to normal (see mock-screen 3 attached). Please correct. 3- Adjust side scrolling portfolio cases. When I click on the cases in the section 'Portfolio' now, I has side scrolling enabled, which is meant to be vertical scrolling. (see mock-screen 4). Please correct. 4- Change text 1)"Introducing" in "Begin nu", 3)"Cient" in "Clients" and 2) "Portfolio" in "Pakketten" (see screen 5). Also make sure that 4) the buttons further up in the page are changed. - mock screen 5 5- Adjust mobile layout (see mock screen 6), this means remove (1) the logo, (2) the menu and remove (3) some part between the title and the top of the page 6. Change the text of the button 'view our works' into 'bekijk demo' and remove the link (there should a pop-up video later on behind this button) - mock screen 7 7- Please remove 4 of the 8 portfolio cases and the little slider button below that. Then, change the icon of the 1st portfolio with the one attached -icon 1. And the other 3 icons with 2nd one attached -icon2. Change the titles text from 1) "Social" into "Over ons", 2) "Profile" into "AdWords Basis", 3) "Responsive" into "AdWords + Optimalisatie" 4) "Business" into "AdWords Premium" --> all outlined in screen 8 8- Change team profiles - mock screen 9: 1) change photo (correct photo is attached), 2) Change title and descriptions, 3) Change titles, 4) remove profile 4 and center the 3 profiles again The total amount of work for this project is estimated on 7-9 hours Max (6.5h for the task 1+2 and 0.5-2.5 for the incorporation of all the feedback. Please make a bid that incorporates all the feedback until both the form (task 1) and the lay-out changes (tasks under 2) are 100% final and incorporate all the feedback by me. Also, please go through this brief real carefully and indicate what tasks are not 100% clear, so that I can elaborate on them.
