Simple Virtuemart site

Hello, need to create simple virtuemart-joomla 2.5 shop. the shop shold be without payment procces. instade, a form to get price quote. there be 10 main categories, and every categori has 3-10 sub categories. product card will show 2 buttons - "read more" and "get a quote" some products, has already a price. in this case, will be again 2 buttons - "read more" and "add to busket" on home page, in header, will be some basics menus, and position to insert some banner. also home page will show all 10 main categories, in 2 columns. site will be, in hebrew lang. ican assist you in every step. and logical, very simple to understand. producat page, will show basics details, image gallery, related products. for price 3 variants: with price, get a quote, sale price. (i'll attache PDF with all structures. categorie, sub categori, product, and product page.) i'll attache a word document to exemple the structure. Important: all Categories and subcategories must have a SKU !!! and sure, also products. our old shop, has many items. So, we need expiriance programmer, to configure a csv component, or some other component, to import products from old site. in old site, everiting records by sku, also categories. additional things: it will be great option to serch products via some ajax based module. you can use, some already made modules in web. the search also, should give option, to make extended search, chouse categories, sub categoriec etc.. also, we want a form to get price quotes. we want, thet this form is autofill, if i'm signed in user (create registration form). if i request a quote from product card, also mechanisim should autofill products details on form fields. the fields are basic: name, tel, mail, products name etc... Design, i will show you the structure of the site we want. you can create template, or took from web some thing. green colors will be nice.. site should be on hebrew...
