Project Description

Hello,

I have a website project which was created for me sometime back. I have yet to put it to use, and am getting to the point of needing to do so.
I need a coder/company to quickly and efficiently take the website code/development that exists, and change it to a more current standard of technology that would be more useful with today's web browsers, mobile devices, etc.
I am looking for a complete change/update from the current code, to an all HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/Ajax site for better UI looks (including Admin panel/portion), greater accessibility (mobile devices, etc.), as well as a more modern overall look.
I can provide all source code information for an easy migration to the new setup.
I will need the website up and running completely and ready to turn-key/go-live upon delivery of upgrade.
Any options/availability to upgrade any coding function/feature of the website to today's standards and emerging technology - I greatly welcome and encourage. I am up for suggestions to do so.
Any graphics will need to be updated as well (this needs to be turn-key).
The back-end is MySQL. I would not mind a migration to SQLite format instead if possible.
Payment processor is PayPal, which can remain.
The ability to easily and efficiently create a stand-alone IOS and Android app based on this website (and linked) in the future, is a requirements as well.

The website in question: [url removed, login to view]

Thank you for your interest.
I need a very quick and efficient turn-around, as well as daily updates as the site is being migrated (daily development site access is preferred so I can check on the progress/processes, etc.).
