Project Description

I need a plugin for wordpress that is probably already built in into thousands of wordpress themes admin panel. Kind of CSS editor.
It doesn't have to look good but rather be clean. I can finish it up since I'm good at html, css, light php and Js.

In this initial stage, it should list available files in a folder, each containing sets of css rules that can be edited if needed by user, and a css page will be generated to be loaded by WP.

There are plenty of open source jQuery projects doing so, with color picker, standard values, validation, etc. I just need them working on a wordpress admin page, to select, apply, and edit little stylesheets (or proprietary files, as long as it generates a css stylesheet) Loaded files can be css, xml or any other format, since I'll be creating them, not the user.

It doesn't have to look nice, since I'm a very good at css, html designer and work confortably with php, javascript and wordpress.
What I need from you is Ajax, MySQL and internal wordpress hooks that I don't know yet.

Skills needed:

jQuery
Wordpress
php
Javascript
AJAX
MySQL

I think a good programmer can put it up from open source code in one day. If you are a pro and think I'm wrong, please explain me how beginners could fail by making me believe it can be done with this budget and I'll take you into consideration for my desicion or future projects.

Here are some jQuery working references: (some of them do more than what I need. Stick to limited functionality in description for bidding)
