I want a website, you as a developer, design, develop and launch [url removed, login to view] will be a website where two type of users will be [url removed, login to view] will be able to upload their medical records images (PDF, JPG), lab reports (MS Word, Excel or text).Second type of users will be sellers of medical related items( other than drugs and medicine).For the first type of user there should be a "Form" (Medical information form) where they will fill pre-defined fields (like name, bloodgroup, contact number, any chronic disease) all optional fields and also upload/download [url removed, login to view] doctor or any person could be able to view any patient information but after getting permission from that [url removed, login to view] a patient getting registered on the website, a system generated number should be assigned (WMRN number i.e website Medical Record number) to the user, one unique number to each [url removed, login to view] all records/images uploaded will be tracked through this number [url removed, login to view] a person/doctor want to see the records of a patient, he goes to the website and put WMRN number, then a request should be sent to the user account of that WMRN number holder, person(record holder) goes to his account and authorise that particular name to allow to view his records, and then records are accessible to the [url removed, login to view] a monthly basis account summary to be sent to each user , like how many records you uploaded, who have viewed your records this month and validity period left for the [url removed, login to view] initial three months this service will be free but after that paid , (Premium and Silver membership).
Second type of users are the sellers of medical items, like Sugar test apparatus [url removed, login to view] should be categories when uploading items, on main page featured products, featured sellers, hot products will be [url removed, login to view] a visitor on website click any items, a link showing "Contact Seller" should be appeared where he could be able to send a message to seller and also be able to see contact information of sellers. (functionalities can be seen from alibaba or ec21 for this area).At the time of upload a discount % should also be mentioned by supplier that what are normal price and what are discounted price [url removed, login to view] discount % must show with the picture on the homepage.
On home page in the top middle section advertisement banner should be appeared (where more than banner should be appeared one by one), also there should be sidebar advertisement vertical banners, more than one appeared one by one, And also three ad boxes appeared in the bottom for advertisement.
Website layout should be small fonts, simple and light colours.
Newsletter, trade alerts, discount offers from sellers should be sent to all users frequently.
When a user want to pay the amount for his member ship , click the link (CCNOW or 2CO ) it should be routed to CCNOW or 2CO.
Each user will maintain his user account, message box [url removed, login to view] he will be able to see his uploads or records details and monthly summary.
