PHP/MySQL Component Development for Joomla

We have a functional PHP system which needs to be refined to into a Joomla Component. Parameters: - Up to $500USD total project value, paid $100USD/day based on proportionate progress and performance with maximum turnaround time 5 days. Daily updates required, work reviewed and paid between 0300 and 0500 GMT. Each stage of completion must be fully functional and resident on our system. Requirements: - Must have strong understanding of PHP, MySQL and Joomla framework - Ability to iterpret our code, existing features, and our objective and redesign/simplify it to work as a fully functional safe Joomla component - Make use of Joomla API and 1.5 MVC - Integrate Google Maps including distance calculator and driving directions - Must be clean and well commented code Feature integration: - Calendar with journal entry feature - File repository manager - CSV export with formatted preview screen (Header and Footer formated through Joomla user panel) - Simple forms, database relationship management and field validation - Use of jQuery, i.e. expanding content, lift sorting, calendar drop downs - Basic styling including icon and color scheme
