Project Description

Rebuild the [url removed, login to view], using Joomla. [url removed, login to view] is a soccer betting portal (but also include links to casino, poker, games sites) and has been online since 1999. The site is written in MIcrosoft Active Server Pages (ASP) with an MySQL database. We want to convert the site using Joomla.

[url removed, login to view] includes ca 3500 links, who are stored in different categories (one link can be in more than one category)

Visit todays site at [url removed, login to view]

The new site must be similar to the site today, a TEXT based portal with links stored in different categories and place for ad spots (also text based). Feel free to come up with design suggestions. But remember, our slogan is - ....we get back to the origin of the Internet: information - useful and quick -

VER 1 of the site must include

For the visitors
- An easy to navigate text based portal
- Visitors must have the possibilities to search for links (based on title and descriptions)

For the admin
- Manage categories and links (add, edit and delete categories and links).
- Manage ad spots (add, edit and delete advertisers). Show statistic (number of clicks on ad spots)
- Manage news add, edit and delete) on the frontpage

Other
Import links and categories from the old database into the the new database

If we are satisfied with VER 1 we will offer you more work, example: Manage website users, a log in system for them to add links to their match previews (manually added or to be imported directly based on a specific format). Manage RSS/XML where the site can import links to match previews from sites like BBC Sports, Sky Sports etc. Manage RSS/XML to have a own news service (where users can sort news based on date, source, teams, etc). Odds service, Suggest links and much more

Looking forward to hear from you
