Project Description

The original coder on this project has gone out of business, and I need some small changes to an existing database. If all goes well, I will have additional projects in the coming months as the original programmer was the one I used for all of my database work. I am a web designer. The access page is located at: [url removed, login to view] User ID: rentacoder Password: rentacoder The changes necessary are: ·When searching for a Case (for example last name of "Smith"), only one Case is brought up. We need all matching cases. ·In the search, ability to search multiple fields using And and Or between fields ·In the search, ability to use wildcards like ? and *, < and >, Not, Contains, Does Not Contain, etc. ·Social Security Number needs to be a unique identifier, and when a duplicate is entered, a warning comes up. ·SSN should be entered as a straight nine digit number 123456789, but displayed as 123-45-6789 ·Fonts matching on all pages ·On the Administer Users page, passwords should be hidden (this won't show up using the ID and password above). ·Case ID should be the main SSN. Now it is a generated number I would also like a price on some optional changes as follows: ·Put menu on the right hand side of site ·Visual calendar for dates. I can provide an example from another site if necessary ·When entering a city or apartment, previous names are stored and then shown in a drop down. If a new name is entered, it queries to see if you want to add it to the list. Unfortunately, I will need the changes in 10 days. Feel free to email if anything is unclear or if more information is needed.
