Project Description

Peekabloom is looking for an experienced developer to create a new and yet-to-exist online platform for our flower delivery service. To start off, we intend to provide delivery coverage first in Australia then gradually expand delivery coverage to other countries following. In short, we will provide customers the ability to order unique flower gifts ad-hoc created and handled by flower shops nearest to their family and friends. Flower shops will be invited to join as a member and receive flower orders in the proximity from their shops through our website.

Our system consists of a public user site, supplier login and an admin control panel. The service is paid-by-use by customer via Paypal’s instant payment method. There are 3 areas to our system: customer, suppliers (flower shops) and admin. Please see the attached flowchart for clarifications of the ordering process.

This project will be divided into phases therefore we intend to find someone experienced for a long term co-operation. This will be the first phase of our project and we would like to add additional functionality gradually throughout the following phases.

We are seeking for a developer to provide us with all of the following:
- Recommendations of programming environment and database for future scalability (open to discussion)
- Roadmap with milestones
- Weekly updates of progress based on the roadmap via live chat
- Documentation of program code

We are open to work with teams. At a later point in the process, we will provide you with a front-end designer of our choice to complete the front-end.
