Modification of an open source JAVA program

Project Description: We require to add the following features/requirements to an open source project. The current compiled software queries databases and return results via Email, SMS (with SMPP & GSM modem connection), and IM messaging. The software was built with JAVA & Developer must have solid JAVA experience/skill. We need to add the following features as described below: Requirements: -Connect to Web Services via WSDL url and query data via sms messaging (required SMPP and GSM modem connection). The current source code only supports web services WSDL query via only Email messaging. -The GUI build using OpenLazlo and needed to be upgrade to the latest OpenLaszlo version for the GUI -API to let developers connect to other services which offer a software API such as UPS and FEDEX for shipment tracking. -Password before retrieve info. In case companies want their users to send a password before accessing info, which times out if inactive after x minutes. -Ability to create Groups for each Keyword used.(e.g. Admin can create a SUBSCRIBERS group and assign a keyword "REGISTER" to this group. when users send sms message with keyword "REGISTER" or the sms content contains "REGISTER" to our phone # 1234, the sender's phone number and Time & Date of the message received should be recorder into the SUBSCRIBERS group. -Ability to View sent and received SMS messages through WEB browser based on some criteria (e.g.: based on Group,Date or Keyword) -The ability to view the Statistics on received and sent SMS messages for a specified period; -Ability to setup a predefined message to send to the "Sender" if sms content not match with created KEYWORD on the admin panel or in an external database. -The rest of the requirements will be given upon contact with experienced and motivated developer.
