Project Description

1. Remove "watch" tab and two search boxes in staff ticket list view shown in image 1 attached.

2. Remove "take" "dispatch" "watch" and "flag" in detail ticket view screen as shown in image 2 attached

3. Add "Just Shipped" button within staff ticket view screen. When pressed whis should send a predefined response, close ticket in whatever dept ticket is in and return the screen to the same dept with open tickets remaining. See image 2 attached

4. Make ticket action bar visable all the time(see image 2). now it is blank until you click on it.

5. Add merge functionality to staff ticket view history screen (see image 3). This tab should show the currently viewed ticket along with the past tickets with ability to check box and merge any or all of these tickets. After merge the screen should return to current ticket view screen.

6. Add predefined reply and ticket placement and ticket status choices for mass reply option (see image 4)

7. After eremoving the default searchboxes, replace with one quicksearchbox. Use the search string from "quick search" function.

You will have full ftp access to the install dir. We have the older version of Kayako which has these modifications for your review.

We will require work history with Kayako and high ratings on FL.
