Order management module for prestashop
We generate approx. 6000 orders a year. The main “product” that we sell are a maintains service, besides from that, we also sell normal products.

But to handle the service orders, we need to be able to:
Assigning the orders to a geographical zone (by zip-codes)
Assigning orders to employee
Assigning orders to an estimated execution period (say: We estimate to do the job at your hos between week 18 – 20), and sending an email to the customer with info.
The possibility to change an estimate, and generating an mail to those customers.
Assigning orders to be executed on a day-set.. (say: We will do the job between Monday and Wednesday / Tuesday and Thursday etc..), and sending an email to the customer with info.
The possibility to change the execution days, and generating an mail to those customers.
The possibility to mail all customers or all customers selected with different standard mails –
The possibility to search customers by: name, address, zip code, phone number, email, order number and coupon-code.
A set of symbols should show up, one for each service product category at the time 4-5 different.. and a symbol for “water” (yes/no/with note)
Assigning different statuses on the orders. Could be “urgent”, “complaint” etc..
And the possibility to cancel og delete an order.
When searching and selecting among orders, they should show in a scroll window..
All mails send, should appear in the “customer service” module – on the customer communication.. (so customer service can see what has happened)

The app should be used by employee, whom are doing the job at our customers.
therefor, the app should show the orders assigned to the employee, - sorted according to where the employee are (witch actual location he's at), so that the app automatically sorts the orders at the best routing. this i think should be done via [url removed, login to view] or something like that.
In the orders list, there should be different icon’s for the different type of services that we sell, the possibility to send standard text messages / sms – via the internet (not directly from the phone). And the order line should includ some different information’s, that ill get back to.
Besides form showing orders on the list, it should even be possible to see the orders on a map, with the actual position of the employee as well.
The employee should then be able to press "route" on the actual order, and that should initiate google. map on the android device, making the route..
When the employee arrives at the customers address, he should then press "arrived", and the order should open, so that it shows the individual tasks that the order includes.
Each task should be "checked" as verification that it is completed.
it should be possible to take photos via the app, that will be saved on the customers "account" on server. And, there should be a number of "standard-issues" that the employee can "check" telling what he observe, while doing the service at the customers house.

These are the mail issues, but the programmer should be open to a dynamic process, while this project goes on.
The timeframe for this project is one week, all inclusive, and there should not be maid any changes into Prestashop core code. All of the project should lay in a module by it self. Code will be checked by third party for quality and security.
