Project Description

I am looking for a single developer who has the listed job skills of this project. This developer must be able to communicate properly in English. The ideal candidate will be able to understand the projects we will be working on and finish within the time limit given, without excuses or placation. People who want jobs, prove their skill and worth, or they don't get them.\r\n\r\nI am only in need of a code developer, no graphic design, HTML or CSS is needed, ever!\r\n\r\nCandidates can make up to $[url removed, login to view] (US) per month, using milestones here on freelancer. I will give you projects, in which I have already set a time limit and development standards, everything will be mapped out and planned in a blueprint for you. Failure to meet the requirements of each milestone, will result in firing.\r\n\r\nIf you do the work given for each milestone, they go into escrow here on freelancer. At the end of the month, you get paid for what you have completed, if nothing is done I will not release any funds. It is that simple, any honest developer will be fine with working by milestone.\r\n\r\nIf you have a claim, you need to back it up. Unfounded claims will be ignored. You need to show me what you intend to be like as a developer. What makes you more deserving than others? Do you know my project well? Are you willing to study it before you think of being accepted?\r\n\r\nThe bottom line is; you either understand the project and have constructive comments on it, or you are trying to scam me into hiring you! And that is NOT happening, so please don't even bother to try. You will only anger me...\r\n\r\n\r\nI am looking for a developer who has the initiative to look over documentation and come up with a plan / proposal for the work... They prove full understanding and can show that they are capable, by showing the interest in that project. I am not interested in people who show portfolio's and give copy/pasted introductions.\r\n\r\nDo you understand the concept of selling ones self as a service provider? The concepts of dedicated customer service and honest work? Or has this website (freelancer) made it so easy to scam morons and clueless people that you forgot how to interact with actual clients who know the business? If you don't get it by now, read the project clarification board, for what I am looking for and not looking for...\r\n\r\nThanks to all whom actually read the ad!\r\n\r\n
