We are looking to create a PHP based program that will allow the addition of Employees on a Website we have hosted. I am in need to add training records to each employee with the number of credit hours, date, and course name they took. Also, I will need to be able to run a printable report from the database after it is finished in order to compile each employee. Also, an administration panel will need to be added as well. Furthermore, I would like to be able to add a section for Certifications with the ability to put an expiration on them. This system should send out an email when the Certification is 30 days away from expiration.
This information must have some sort of username and password option, and must be online in order to access it remotely from different computers.
