I need a programmer to tweak my application to take a standalone helpdesk and shift it to a subscriber based model.

The existing helpdesk software that needs to be tweaked is here:

Tweaks include:
Automatically create user accounts and automatically create a unique helpdesk.
Set up payment via API
Add "universal inbox" support so that Facebook and Twitter posts enter the helpdesk and can be replied to within the app.
Add basic client page within the log in area that allows users to see payments, submit a support ticket, change payment method, and upgrade their package.
Allow people to create a limited trial account and then upgrade it to a paid account.
Error check and fix any bugs within the app.
Remove existing branding.
