Need the following WHMCS Module to be developed, with a fast turn around.

I want to offer End User Support to our reseller's clients. Basically, which means. Support to the client's of our reseller hosting customers.

So basically what I need is a plugin that does the following:

I am Company ABC, XYZ is my reseller customer. And 123 is the reseller's customer.

Now when 123 opens a support ticket in XYS's WHMCS helpdesk. A that ticket will be created in ABC's Helpdesk. and When ABC can reply it directly from ABC's helpdesk, the reply will be posted in XYZ's helpdesk.

If XYZ replies before ABC then the ticket will be marked as answered on both helpdesk.

Basically syncing them.

The idea is my support staff can answer tickets raised in the reseller's helpdesk without the need to login to his WHMCS.

All information of the end user like product details etc will also be available on my helpdesk.
