WE WANT TO PROVIDE VIDEO TO OUR CUSTOMERS FROM MEXICO IN TO THE USA.
THE FOLLOWING IS NEEDED FOR THIS PROJECT.

1. We need to setup the hdmi video capture card in the server (You need to configure the card to use only one INPUT video source and give us OUT multiple channels of the source for streaming. (We do not want to use multiple card to capture the video source from Digital TV) We only going to us one video Input so you need to really know how to configure the card to give us all the channels to stream from one IN source.

2. Configure WOWZA server to receive the video source from the capture card do the encoding, configure the channels (Name number) and also make sure WOWZA is configure to server the customers using TOP SET IPTV boxes like hulu or other devices including android.

3. We want us WOWZA but if you know of a better solution please let us know, we are open to suggestions.

4. We want to be able to active users to connect to WOWZA or the iptv services and disable the customers from web base admin system.

5. We also need you to configure VOD for the movies for customers

Please only people with experience with iptv encoding and decoding if you do not have the experience please do not bit for this project.
