259372 magento - import oscommerce

Hello, We are in the process of moving our system from Oscommcer to Magento. We have magento installed and now we need to import oscommerce stuff. We have this tool installed: [login to view URL] We are just having trouble getting it to work so we are looking for some one with experience to do it. It seems very simple but I must be overlooking something. We just need the Products, Orders, Customers, and Categories brought over. The osc database is not very big. I would like to get this done tonight and I need you to tell me how to do it. Be also prepared to fix anything that may be causing the glitch. thanks
