I am looking to have a Wordpress based Customer Contact Management system created. Below I have highlighted as much info as I can think of that I want in the system.
* Customer input via system as well as web forms from other sites.
* Tracking notes, enter dates of phone calls, mailers, etc.
* Drip email campaign

a. easy contact entry
b. sortable by contact types (able to define contact types)
c. automatically populates contact information from incoming website leads (leads may come in from OTHER website too. So an API to accept leads from other forms is needed. Probably from passing the variables via a string query with a verification passcode and correct variable tags to a processing URL.)
d. Ability to automatically places persons in a drip email campaign.
e. Ability to monitor a POP3 account or IMAP account and sort incoming emails from these contacts get saved in that contacts history (with the option of linking those same emails to other contacts as well manually)
f. easy notes section for each contact - so that anyone on the team can enter a note for that contact (detailed history section)
a. simple system - I think that any schedule type format would work.
b. I do like a reminder system that you can set an alarm for any activity (I can set TP to set off an alarm on my phone and/or an email in advance of an activity)
c. activities are assigned to clients and then saved in their history or notes section
Action plans (basically check lists)
a. for both closings and listings.
b. you can create your own default plans (one for vacant land listings/closings vs your action plan for res listings/closings)
c. activities can be assigned to team members in the action plan
d. action plan activities are recorded in the contact history/notes
a. when leads are assigned to other agents it shows up as referrals
b. easy way to track progress on referrals and see how much each agent is earning
a. Set up mass emails or mailings to contacts on the database.
