School Timetable with Calendar + Graphics

I require programmers to create a Visual Timetable software for school teachers.

Must run on? both pc & mac? + must be able to work on all operating systems:? Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP/Vista/NT.

I am considering two options:

1) As a widget/add-on for Microsoft PowerPoint v2003 to latest; OR

2) As a stand alone .exe file
