Project Description

I run a non-profit community <[url removed, login to view]>? ? (I? pay for hosting costs) which has some serious neglect issues.? ? ? The main focus of site is currently the forums which is running VBulletin.? ? I am looking for someone with experience with VBulletin communities to help bring the site to a new level.? ? ? Your main focus is to make sure that progress is being made in that direction.? ? In the past some users have wanted a Wiki integrated in Vbulletin, others wanted to write articles and post them, others wanted to upload files.

As a manager you will provide a competitive analysis, develop specifications and implement those specifications.? ? You will have a budget to hire help from RAC as I don't expect you do all the work.? ? Initially my first thoughts is to implement VBAdvance and use that as the main help, but your ideas might be different.? ? Please give me a brief summary how you would tackle this project.? ? The bid should be based on a monthly fee of work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day.? ? We will try it for 1 month to see how it works out and will expand it if we are comfortable with each other.? ?

## Deliverables

The person bidding on this project should provide a summary plan for the website in question when bidding on this project.? ? Also,? the bidder should be experience with community sites, vbulletin,? writing RAC project bids if they need to solicit help.? ? Your bid will be for monthly work.? ? After one month we will re-evaluate where we stand and determine how to proceed.
