We are a SEO company who is looking for a better way to deal with our clients submission management and reporting.
We have decided to use a Microsoft Access Database to handle our seo projects and tasks which we have uploaded, so work needs to add on to this and make it better,
We need the following adding to it for us.
Article Submissions Addon - The module will work like the following:
1. We enter a clients details in system
2. We assign an overall seo project to the client
3. Tasks are issued to employees.
4. Once the project detail screen is open, there will be a button that lets us add any article submissions. We enter the article title, and a few other details, then we can tick boxes for the article sites that the article has been submitted to and the date automatically adds to database,
5. We can then add more articles and it will keep a log of them
6. We then need to be able to show reports to the client, either by excel or possibly a web addon at some point in php/mysql.
We need the same thing done for directory submissions, press release submissions, video submissions, forum profiles and comment, so from on the main project details screen it will have these as buttons which then links the info.
Basically this will aid our company so we know the exact submission stage for each site and so do our clients.
