Project Description

We are looking for a chat/trouble ticket system that will integrate with our existing Joomla website. We will need it to match the same color scheme and have an integration that allows employees to chat and discuss issues with clients. There are some custom requirements needed that will need to work in conjunction with a JomSocial component that we are utilizing and also with our Virtumart.

Below are the basic requirements needed:

Integration with Joomla, JomSocial, Virtumart, and other add on components built into our site.

Overall layout and functionality that I am looking to achieve is something similar to Skype in layout

Full page design, no pop up windows

FULL logging and categorizing of all history and information discussed within the chat session, complete 360 degree view of all activity captured and stored.

Rating system for quality of service - (ability to rate and give feedback comments as to quality of service) This rating also needs to reflect to the employees account but viewable only by super administrator.

Full activity tracking - Time, employee, conversation, copy of attachments stored, discussion, comments, feedback, rating, etc

Ability to send and receive attached document files to include .jpg, .txt, .xls, .doc, .pdf, and .zip.

Email Management - needs typical email capabilities that will allow client/employee contact, mass client emails, auto responder

Print options - User needs to be able to print a copy of their ticket if they select to do so.

Custom Field Capabilities - Must have ability to add custom fields

RSS Capabilities

Product Purchase Verification - the screen will need to verify and display whether the user has purchased our product or not.

Typical client account information visible through the employee side of the system only for employee use
(last log in, last ticket request, etc, etc...)

Various links to various needed areas of the site from employee side

Ticket assignment capabilities - Allowing direct ticket assignment to specific employees

Standard statistics logging and reporting capabilities

Template design for outgoing mail messages

Typical Database Options and Maintenance capabilities

Forms integration and creation capabilities

Scheduling and notification capabilities

Billing integration capabilities

Keyword flagging

Employee points rating system

Suggestion Box Notifications

Policy, terms, and agreement capabilities

Ticket copy stored to users account.

These feature should be designed and built into a system that can be used in part with our existing Joomla site and JomSocial/ Community Builder services. Integration is to be done on providers own site and server until time of completion and submission for approval.

Should have same appearance and feel with color scheme to match design of original site.

This will be a little trial and error here. I know there are some components available out there that will do most of what I have listed above, some will need to be coded in. If a software needs to be purchased, it may reflect upon what your price is too. Do not expect to bid high and then expect to also have me buy a $700 software package that only requires a loading and standard configuration. I must know what you are proposing to do prior to any awarding of the project. Do not take on this project if you do not have the capability to do it quickly and correctly.
