Project Description

The service is this: Customers will go to [url removed, login to view] and login and schedule a message that will be given to a person (the recipient) by an operator over the phone. When the message is delivered an email will be sent to the customer designating the message has been completed. If the message could not be deliverd (there is no answer), then an email is sent to designated recipients saying no answer and time of attempted call. The system will log all actions, so that a record will be kept for each customer of when they were contacted, if the phone was answered, text of message sent, and operator name. The functions will be as follows: Must be web based Allow for order entry and work with credit card submission Operator must enter with admin designated username and password Must update customer records and generate email notifications Admin Control panel with various views (customer acct info, operator info (permissions, etc), other) Customer access control panel (various functions) Key decision factors are overall cost, time of final deleivery, experience creating similar application. It will be hosted on share server (such as godaddy ) that is Linux.

I have added the ppt files to give examples of scrren shots. I would like the functionality to work well...and to look commercially acceptable
