Project Description

We want te develop 2 websites that are connected to one database.
There should be a website for persons where they can register their car.

Website 1 Customer Website: Persons to sell their car.
Step 1: writing their licence plate (this is an application database from the netherlands government, the car brand, model, gasoline type and manufacturing year, motor capacity, car weight etc will be shown [url removed, login to view] database must be connected via xml)
Step 2:After this the person who want to sell his car must enter the amount of km's he drove. Also there should be other dropbox or radio buttons (that we can change via the back-office) to check. Edit checkboxes, write some text in text boxes and upload pictures of their car.
Step 3: After all this is done, the person who registers his car must enter his contact information and must accept the policy.
Step 4: Is a page to check all the data that was given by the person.

Website 2 Dealer Website: Dealers to buy the car
Step 1: A dealer must have to make an account with their company throug an online form.
Step 2: After the dealer has been approved by the admin through back-office, the dealer can log in to see which cars have been placed at the Customer Website and make an offer to the car. The auction must be online for 24 hours and there must be an 24-hours counting. After this 24 hours the highest bid from a dealer must automatically mailed to the customer where the customer can aggree or disagree with the offered money for the customers car.

!!! It is very important that the customer cant see contact information about the dealers and the dealers cant see any personal contact information about the car sellers !!!

Back-office:
Step 1: After the person accepted the policy by step 3, their goes automatically an email to this person with all the data he wrote.
Step 2: All the registered cars must be approved by admin to go in the auction. After this there goes an automatically mail to all the registered dealers with all the specs and pictures of the registered car. Contact information about the customer who want to sell his car NOT be shown so the seller must be kept anonimous.
Step 3: Dealers can make an offer for the car. The highest bid after 24 hours will be automatically send to the customer where they can accept or don't accept the highest bid. After accepting, there should go an automatic mail to the dealer with the highest bid with the announcement that the bid is accepted.
Step4 : After 24 hours of the auction, there should generated an automatic invoice for the auction number: This must contain a bill for the dealer with a handling fee that should be 30% of the handling fee from the highest bidde. When the customer who wants to sell his car, doesn't accept the highest offer, then there should be an automatic invoice of 30% calculated with the minimum price the seller wanted ( this must the customer insert at step 3 Customer Website) After checking the invoice at the back end, the admin can approve the invoice and send it to customer or dealer.

All the mails and notes with customer, dealer and auction number must be kept save under one map (like an CRM system)
And all the contact information from customer or dealer must be kept invisible for both parties except from the admin at the back end.
