Project Description

I need a tool to renew and delete ads on a classified site.

1- It needs to be multithreaded with the ability to renew at least 20 accounts at a time.
2- Have settings to renew "x" number of ads every "x" seconds.
3- Renew ads by keywords that are either in the title of the ad or the body of the ad. The keyword list might be extensive at times due to the fact of the ads being for automotive dealers and they have a vast inventory.
4- Renew ads by original posting date...within a date range.
5- Settings to delete ads older than "x" or by keywords in the body of the ads.
6- A scheduler to set the tool to run on a daily basis or certain days of the week and between certain hours. Preferably a start and a stop like the one attached. 7- It should have error correction to log back in to accounts if it's kicked off.
8- Sometimes Captcha is needed as a security measure to login to accounts, so Captcha or Beatcaptchas is needed.
9- Ability to assign proxies to each account that its renewing, so up to 20 at a time.
10- Be able to cycle through several lists of 20 accounts to renew, so List A has 20 accounts...then List B has 20 and so on.
11- Logs for each account showing the number of ads that can be renewed as well as the number of ads it's renewing or deleting.
12- I need to be able to import accounts into it easily, I use the following format.

This should be a stand alone tool so I can run it on multiple machines at the same time. There might be some fine tuning and a feature or two added, so the ability to add features easily would be nice. Please submit a quote if interested.
