Project Description

Hi,

We need (a team of) programmer(s) who is (are) capable of developing a web-based photo-book creator that strongly resembles [url removed, login to view]'s Bookify. If it suits you, you may use open source components.

There are some functions of Bookify we like to drop. For example: the photo-book creator we want only needs to be able to connect to and obtain images and texts from one blogging platform instead of 6+ sources. We have good API-documentation for this one platform in which the very easy connection and data-loading from the platform is fully described.

On the other hand we need a few extra functions. For example:

- A user needs to be able to drag texts, which are fetched from blog posts, into the pages of his photobook. The same goes for images.

- Texts from blog posts need to be customizable (only basic options are needed: choice of font family, font color, font size, bold, italics, etc.)

- A user needs to be able to use search filters on all the blog-posts that are loaded in the web-based editor
(Filter by tag, by date and by type of post; explanation of the last filter follows if you contact us)

- The software needs to be template driven, so users can apply different templates to every page of the photo-book they're working on (just like on Booklr, but I explicity note this because it's important).

Obviously the software also needs to be ‘implemented’ in a website that we develop ourselves, so that when a user is ready creating his photo-book, he will be linked to a checkout page and a printable copy of the created book is saved and send to us.

We will design the software and deliver you the graphics.

We are very serious about our project and because we also are familiar with programming we know the development of a good web-based photo editor that suits our wishes will take time and money.
